Sit down with an expert coach and create your own challenge. Set short term and long term goals that are personalized, achievable, and understandable.
Our goals framework, the S&S Athlete Development Plan, was custom built by fortune 500 talent development professionals to kickstart fitness progress. After creation, each plan is evaluated by our entire coaching staff.
All Anti-Challenge participants keep their plan, whether or not they continue their membership.
Step two - Expert guidance
Every action plan comes with eight weeks of custom workouts, scheduled in-person check-ins, and unique assessments tailored to your goals. All built by our expert coaches.
