  • Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders may take 1-2 business days to process and 1-2 days to ship. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS first class or USPS priority shipping. No signature is required for delivery. Processing and shipping days do not include weekends.

    International Orders: We are not responsible for any international taxes and fees that may be assessed after your purchase is completed.

  • Privacy Policy

  • does not share or sell any information that is collected during the checkout or account creation process (name/address/phone number/email address). No credit card information is ever stored on our server.

    We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

    Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

  • Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

  • Returns: You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was shipped. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. If the item is part of a combo pack, you must return the entire pack.

    If you’re returning an OpenBarbell for repair or otherwise, unless it is in perfect condition and within 14 days of the date it was shipped, we cannot provide postage for the return. We also cannot guarantee functionality of your returned device due to the unexpected condition of received units. We will do our best to repair it and if it is not successful we will send back your OpenBarbell as-is.

    Exchanges: You have 30 calendar days to exchange an item from the date it was shipped.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Please list on the RMA label which size and style you would like to have sent back to you. The customer is responsible for postage in the event of an exchange, and a Paypal invoice will be generated in this event (shipping usually no more than $2.50 each way).

    Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

    Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please ship all items to us via USPS, and do not send anything requiring a signature. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  We are not responsible for lost items sent to us for a return/exchange. We recommend getting a tracking number for all items you ship to us.
